Do you offer online or virtual focus groups?

No. Every Verdict Advantage session is conducted in person, in our courtroom facility in Encino, CA. In-person sessions allow jurors to stay fully engaged without the distractions of a remote setting, and they preserve the natural deliberation dynamics, body language, and courtroom presence that don’t translate well over video.

What packages do you offer?

We offer three formats: Foundation (a 4-hour single panel), Insight (a 6-hour single panel with deeper analysis), and Perspective (two separate 4-hour panels in one day). Each includes VA-recruited jurors, parking, food and beverage, and full video and audio recording.

How do I choose between Foundation, Insight, and Perspective?

Foundation works well for cases earlier in litigation or first-time focus groups. Insight suits complex cases with multiple themes to test. Perspective is built for high-stakes cases heading to trial where you want two independent juror reactions to compare.

Where do your jurors come from?

Every panel is pulled from our database of over 15,000 potential jurors, screened and selected to reflect the demographics relevant to your case.

Will I get to see the deliberation?

Yes. Jurors deliberate in a separate room, and your team can observe live, just as you would with a real jury.
